GENERAL CARE FOR PRODUCTS:

To keep your handmade earrings beautiful, please follow these tips:

• "Last On, First Off": Put your earrings on after applying makeup, perfume, hairspray, and lotions, and remove them before changing clothes or sleeping.  
• Keep Them Dry: Remove earrings before showering, swimming (in pools, the ocean, or hot tubs), or exercising, as moisture and chemicals can cause tarnish or damage.  
• Clean Gently: Wipe your earrings with a soft, clean, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils and dirt. If necessary, use a mild soap and water solution, rinse quickly, and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners.  
• Store Carefully: Store earrings in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep them separated from other jewelry to prevent scratching and tangling.

General policies: 

• Free repairs/compensation if item breaks (dm me or email me ready with photos)

• no backouts on customs 

• no refunds once paid, unless for the reason stated above.

• due to personal preference of the shop, mismatched earring pairs can not be done.

• If you want an item held, an item can only be held in the shop for 2 months; special exceptions may apply.

Local delivery: (offered within 45mil of 24Ø18)

• 25usd min for free delivery.  Otherwise, only 3usd for delivery within radius.

• Local public meet up is also an option, and also free!!  Please dm me before making your shop purchase to work something out!!  Cash payment is also available for this option.  ♡
